The following provides general instructions for pickup of groups of 13 or less, utilizing our Private Car or Sprinter Vans. For Chartered Motorcoaches. Please speak to your Charter Specialist for more details.
After deplaning, head for Baggage Claim and retrieve your luggage.
Once your entire party has retrieved their luggage and are ready for pickup, call your driver at the number provided, please provide the driver with the Vestibule number you are at (Ex. Vestibule 2E), this information is on overhead signage. O'Hare requires our drivers to wait in a holding lot until all passengers are ready for pickup.
Your driver will provide you with a description of the vehicle they are driving, and will pull up to a designated curb as close to the door (vestibule) you are at. Typically, Your driver will be on the lower level, under the upper deck, on the inside lane (closest to the terminal building), or the center lane. Please look for your driver, who will gladly assist you in the loading of your luggage, as you settle in for a worry free ride home! Please keep in mind, it may take the driver up to 15 minutes to reach you after you call, due to regulations put in place by the City of Chicago.
After deplaning, head for Customs & Baggage Claim and retrieve your luggage. Customs can take up to two hours to clear at O'Hare.
Once your entire party has retrieved their luggage and are ready for pickup, call your driver at the number provided, please provide the driver with the door (vestibule) number you are at. O'Hare requires our drivers to wait in a holding lot until all passengers are ready for pickup.
Your driver will provide you with a description of the vehicle they are driving, and will pull up Terminal 5, close to Terminal 5D, in between the signs that say "Pre-Arranged Livery Loading Zone". Please look for your driver, who will gladly assist you in the loading of your luggage, as you settle in for a worry free ride home! Please keep in mind, it may take the driver up to 15 minutes to reach you after you call, due to regulations put in place by the City of Chicago.

All Airport Shuttle Vehicles in our fleet are equipped with seatbelts, and many are equipped with LATCH anchors. You are responsible for providing, and installing, an appropriate and safe car seat for any children requiring one within your traveling party. Timi's Tours will gladly store any child restraint devices while you are away at no additional cost.
